This Snowberry (Bumblebee) Clearwing (Hemaris diffinis) was netted at Jamaica Bay's butterfly bushes August 25, in order to make this picture possible. Well, we needed a record shot for the survey. You can try this at home, but make sure you don't catch a bumblebee.
